Beyond REST? Building Data Services with XMPP PubSub

Kellan and I gave a talk today at OSCON about some ideas we've been playing with around how to make web services work as things keep getting bigger and faster. Apparently it was well received.

Awesome presentation, Evan. Shame I wasn't able to fly over for OSCON. We've been toying with a few of these ideas (XMPP + pubsub) around here. We're probably going to make some stuff opensource soonish. Cheers! (oh, and I don't know why but Slideshare doesn't let me download the presentation. Any chance you can email me the pdf? Thanks!)
