There was some discussion back and forth and folks asked the freeswitch core developers for ruby support. Lo and behold, it’s been added. Freeswitch edge now has embedded ruby support! Oh boy, oh boy. This should be fun. I’m going to be giving a talk about integrating Asterisk and Rails at Euro Rails Conf on Thursday. I’m going to spend a bit hacking and definately mention freeswitch’s support.
